The property has 82 Ha close to Sevilla, bordering the Guadalquivir river, very good soil and good water rights.
Actually has 20 ha of pecan trees (one and two years old), 45 of almond trees. 17 more ha´s for irrigation. Flat ground.
The trees can be removed by the property if you wish.
It has refrigeration facilities as well as office and small housing.
Irrigation comes from canal and from own water well. Licensed by the CHG (Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir)
I will ask about the flooding. but I don´t think is a problem. I will enquire with some locals to know for sure.
